I have to assure you that we are right there when it comes to reservations and conducting tour bookings of high stature. What we have learnt in the last 20 years is that Quality is a product of an attitude. Quite often people are not found out by big situations, but, by smaller deeds. If I were to ask you of a USD 10, 000 help, no one would fault you for refusing me. But, what happens when I request a fiver ? This is where a lot of tours sink in the quicksand of penny pinching. Also, we have actually been trained to handle high end Guests. Part of the briefing was that to not take anything for granted. At the cost of stretching it too far, we were even explained "when the guest goes to the bathroom show them how to flush the toilet too !!" fortunately (and thankfully) such situations have not come our way, but, we know the message with regards to special skills and attitudes required for serving high end customers.
